Dodge hasn't improved on the system for 2022?Stay away from air, others have had problems and ended up pulling the air bags and replacing it with regular suspension
My son just bought a new 2022 Rebel on December 13 ... He has the regular suspension with all terrain tires and you need a step stool to get into it as it doesn't have running boards, which he does plan on getting ... I have a Longhorn with air suspension and his Rebel is much higher than mine even in Aero mode ... If I adjust the height on my air suspension for off-roading for example it probably is about as high as his ... I only raise the suspension when I want to get underneath to change my oil ... I would suggest when you're on the lot just as the sales person to show you a truck with the air suspension and see if it is high enough for you ... The standard suspension, based on my son's truck, might just be all you need ...Thanks for the info...is entry/exit the same height as a Rebel would be if there was no air suspension. Meaning is the starting point up to the 4" starting where a truck would be if there was no air suspension?
I've had 3 Ram Longhorns now with air suspension and never had any problems, and I'm here in Canada where the temperature right now is -2 degree's F and feels like -15 F with the windchill ...Stay away from air, others have had problems and ended up pulling the air bags and replacing it with regular suspension
