Ordering a 2021: Is 3% under invoice plus any factory incentives at delivery a good deal?

hard to find out what their real invoice is..I usually dont stay long unless they start talking at about 10,000 off sticker. I bought my '19 when they first came out and the sticker price was 56,776$. I paid 43,000 something and got 40080$ for the '17 gmc 4x4 ccsb slt that I traded in..so I was happy..also got 1000$ coupon from usaa to add to the mix but I think that program ended this year.

Just ask to see the POC. If they won't show it or give you a copy find another dealer

I'm pretty sure if I owned some kind of retail business and a customer wanted to see my invoices from the suppliers of my goods..I would say "none of your business" so I'm thinking that if a car dealer showed something at all it wouldnt be the real thing..there are probably all kinds of deals between the mfr and the dealer..IMHO

I agree with you, however, sharing that information with customers has been part of dealership negotiating forever.

When I bought my 2020 Ram they handed me a copy of the POC, I didn't ask for it. The POC is the "real thing", it is produced by the factory when the truck order is approved.
