P0700 and P2706

I have a 2004 Ram with the 545RFE. I have had issues with these codes off and on for a few months. Lately it has been getting worse. Once the DTC is set, the transmission kicks into limp mode and I'm stuck in 3rd gear. I know either the TCM, the solenoid or the wiring harness is at fault. I have read previously about people shooting the solenoid wires to either diagnose it or rule it out, but I'm not too familiar with which wires I need to shoot. Any assistance is appreciated. I would hate to throw a solenoid pack at it just to have the problem resurface.

I have this exact issue and am about to investigate so will update here as to the fix! Hopefully. Should be Wires or MS Solenoid or PCM. Notoriously a pain to diagnose which one. If you want to add you best ideas or most common fault of the three.........?
