P2172 Throttle Actuator Control System - Sudden High Air Flow Detected

Had this code today along with the red flashing lightening bolt, loss of power that came on suddenly. It got so bad I had to pull over and get a tow. A few hours later I started my car and it's now fine.

Any thoughts on this?

read that, it will explain everything to look for

I suspect that turning off the ignition reset the computer
If it should happen again, disconnect the negative post of the battery for 15 to 30 minutes, doing that makes the computer do a soft reset
