P226C DTC - Has anyone got this code and what do I do?

2021 Ram 2500 6.7, 154,*** miles - deleted, EGR delete kit, Banks Monster Ram intake with heater grid plate replaced, Banks intercooler tubes. I'm getting a P226C code. Do you think it is the turbo actuator? How can I bypass or delete the Gateway interlock system? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
