Yeah, that's not a problem. I was helping on a part-time basis with some lifts and mod work at a Jeep specialty shop that used to be a Jeep dealer b4 the shakeup at Chrysler basically shut them down. I am having some health issues (hernia) so I ain't doing work for them right now, but I still have access to all their stuff, StarScan, Widebands, etc... You didn't read my "I have free access to a StarScan Tool" thread??? LOL...

Greg, maybe I missed where you might have said it, but where are you planning to plump in the o2 sensors? Are you gonna put both on the passenger side bank like Dynatech does or locate an X pipe up close enough to put the pre-cat sensor there?

In an HTC review of the Dynatech headers, they were initially worried that the long tubes would lean the truck out. But the after dyno actually showed the computer was actually fattening it up. Wouldn't the reason for this be because sensor was reading leaner (because of only reading the one bank) and the computer interpreting that it needs more fuel?

^Thats the first time I have heard of longtubes riching the mix. Most every tuner ya talk to suggest atleast a 180* Tstat to help richen things out due to the long tubes leaning out the 14.7 stoich. Im trying to think of anyone running headers alone that have an A/F to check the ratio pre cat. The computer may be able to keep part throttle close to 14.7 but Wot is another story thats normaly round 12.2 I believe.

With just the headers, I had to add a 180 stat to richen it up even after the cats were installed, I was getting a lot of KR at part throttle driving around. WOT was around the 13.xx AFR Range.
