Paint bubble

Had the truck since the beginning of december, got a paint bubble on the rear passenger door the size of a quarter, should be under warranty right? Anything I should know the dealer might throw at me? The sales manager and I already don't get a long as he replaced the sales manager who sold me my truck who had promised me a year of free oil changes, this sales manager and I got into it over the oil changes so I don't want him to have a bs reason not to warranty it! Thanks.

I took my 12 in for some paint issues. The service manger tried to tell me it was no big deal, as in it didn't need to be fixed. I went straight to the body shop manager. He handled everything. I would suggest going around everyone and making your way to who ever runs the Body shop.

Go to a different dealer, and make sure to leave some feed back about the *****.

I may have to try our other local dealership, both about 30 minutes from me, but I have heard bad things about them as well, unfortunate.

Took it in today, talked directly to the service manager who was very helpful! Said it shouldn't be any trouble at all, he's going to talk to the body shop guys when they come in monday and emailed chrysler off the pictures today for warranty approval.
