So they have some just like you are talking about on ebay. For around $400.

I am thinking about ordering front and rear myself...

Yes, I did. The color matched but that is all I have good to say.
I ordered from a shop in the midwest that sold color matched bumpers on ebay. Well, the paint to order and ship it immediately and that is the issue. When it arrived the cardboard box had torn spots in it that went through the one layer of thin foam and peeled the fresh paint off. The bumper had about 12 blemished areas where the paint peeled right of from poor prep and uncured paint. The electro-primer didn't show any signs of sanding. And they packed it in baby powder that took my breath away!
In the end, it is sitting in my garage waiting for me to bring it to my local paint shop and have it redone or do it myself. The seller did make good on it and gave me a 45% off discount which is less than I could find an HD bumper for at the time.
Personally next time I'd order one for less money in prime and have it sprayed locally.

Baby powder is common for freshly painted parts getting shipped. Looks like just a case of poor packaging and handling. Sucks...

I never tried one of these bumpers, but my old truck came through with a painted (black) factory steel bumper that i had colour matched to the truck.

Yes. It was a year ago. I just went back and checked. Actually they gave me a lot larger refund than I remembered.
Unless someone ships the bumper in a crate, there is a low chance it arriving without an issue on a fresh painted large item like a bumper.

That is a bummer. So did all the powder come off or was it stuck to the paint?

Yes, the powder hosed off with water. It was for shipping to protect the paint from chafe from the foam and plastic wrap from sticking. But that didn't matter when FedEx got done with it.
