Passenger power outlet

I have a 2018 Bighorn with bucket seats...is there a way to change the rear passenger power outlet (at the back of the console) to switch power instead of always on?

Change F90/F91 fuse position.
It's the yellow 20A fuse in the middle of the pic next to the 30A. That one is currently in the constant ON position.

my 2018 bighorn does not have power outlets for the rear seats, I do have front bucket seats
