Mostly, that depends on your right foot. Mine went down a little in town, but on the highway it remained the same. My loss of mileage is offset by the grim on my face. :D

As said above that depends on you more than anything else. My 6.4 is getting the same with or without one.

I ask because my 6.7 Cummins gets between 12 to 13 mpg in town and 14 to 15 highway. Can't afford to lose any more. Lol

What are you guys paying for these? About $200? Does it trip the check engine light, and if so, will I need to buy a scan tool to clear the code?
Thanks!

I think you can get a for about 260 from Moe's performance right now. It'll only trip the check engine light if you don't follow the instructions on it.

I'm not sure if my mpg went up because of the PC, but it did go up. I've said it before and I'll say it again... I don't know if slowly accelerating up to speed at 9mpg is more efficient that quickly getting up to speed at 6mpg. The throttle response is better so in town I would be speeding up more quickly and I seemed to have gained 1mpg or so. Disclaimer - I run mine in City+2. Sport is more than I need.

I'm tellin ya'll... quit thinking about it and buy it! I was waiting at the pickup line yesterday at Magic Springs to pick up the kids and I had the tailgate down so they could throw their stuff in. I felt the truck wiggle and looked back and some guy was raising my tailgate and dropping it. I was like WTF and hopped out and he asked who did my tailgate and I was lost. He was talking about the DeeZee tailgate assist. It's just one of those things I enjoy, use all the time and forgot I even paid $ for and added.

The Pedal Commander is just like that! It's one of those things we second guess and wonder if it's worth it and then in the end when we buy it, it's great! It makes the truck more enjoyable and easier to use and 3 months from now you'll forget it's even there and it just becomes part of the truck and another reason why you love it. I don't know about everyone else but in the scheme of things, there's a lot more money in my little tweaks than I care to remember. Tint, Step rails, tonneau, tailgate assist, speakers, updated nav, bed mat, pedal commander... the list goes on and it was ALL worth it. Just buy it.

You can use code PC15 for the 4th July sale right now on our site

https://gotexhaust.com/c-1183874-ram-owners-preferred-products.html

No one is selling the bluetooth version that is now the only version for the RAMs for $260 new. If they are they are voiding their contract as a dealer and your chances of a warranty if you should ever need one. We always offer it for the lowest price allowed by contract via promo code. If you are using a promo code on our site for PC it IS the lowest it can be sold for!

What clay said!!! Just buy the damn thing already. Its a truck, it gets ok mileage. Only reason my mileage may suffer is because of the **** eatin grin generated by the skinny pedal and exaust roar ..."release the hounds"
If you want great mileage buy a mini van

I prefer my bike for big mpg. I was just being curious because in fall, winter or spring I sometimes have to travel 1 1/2 to 2 hours to the VA hospital and can't ride the bike because of the weather. Other than that I really could care less about MPG. Lol
(NO MINI VAN HERE EVER) [emoji16]

Sorry if that sounded a little harsh, beer may have been involved. lol
My daily drive to work varies from 45 min to 1.5hr. With pc set to sport 3 average mpg is 16-18. I'm usually in the fast lane driving 80ish. If I were to ever not drive it like I stole it the mileage would jump drastically!!!

Man, I put off buying the PC and went with my bils, wheels, & tires first... I was reading so many mixed reviews on this, and just recently a guy had his truck go into reduced power mode after a 175 mile trip, he removed the PC and it stopped the issue. So I am still a bit hesitant because I really do not want to introduce any issues to my truck. I read it leaves no tags on the ecm for dealer to find so them trying to blame it for warranty work is pretty much a non-issue. I will have to wait on it awhile regardless.

Ordered. Hoping this helps. The 6.4L shouldn’t feel this sluggish from the factory even on a 2500.

I am not a fan nor would I ever recommend a pedal mapper over a device that can do the same and add power. That being said most of the trucks that go into reduced power are on the economy map which triggers issues as its trying to give the truck less throttle and the mds gets all wonky. Other than that I haven't seen many complaints, Im just not a placebo guy.

I know if I push my pedal to the floor I will go fast too. Im not fooled into fake power because a small amount of throttle makes the truck seem to go faster than normal becuase of a throttle map, all BMW's do this.

And before all the pro pedal commander people jump on me, as always. We have all made purchases in hindsight that didn't make sense sometimes pride gets in the way of sense.
