Phone call wont end

This has happed to me several times the phone call wont end after hung up ,
One time hours later call still active , disconnected battery to end

Have you totally removed phone from truck and wiped pairing from phone so that both are "cleaned" of each other. Then re-pair the phone to the truck. What software version do you have on your radio? I haven't heard of an issue with phones not disconnecting. What phone do you have? Have you updated the software on it? Make sure it is on the most recent versions of all controlling app software as well. You may also want to do a factory reset on the phone if you have all of the above updates completed.

next time just turn the phone's Bluetooth off, if that doesn't work it is a problem with the phone

I had something similar happen and turning off the truck, opening the door, and letting everything fully power down for a minute fixed it. Seems like a glitch with the system.
