I have a battery tester very similar to that. But I think I got it from Amazon. It's a must-have for situations like this where the OP isn't able to just head to O'Reilly's. Or Canadian Tire for our friends to the North.

Unfortunately, CTC no longer performs free battery tests unless you bought it from them.

Just like our Southern brothers, we have to visit an auto parts store.

Of course, I own 2 load tester toasters. I misfiled the first one and bought a second, they were even cheaper 20+ years ago.

Use the multi-meter to test the battery

Greater than 11.85v

Use a test light to test the starting circuit

UPDATE: Went to the truck this morning. Found three blown fuses. Replaced them, still nothing. Took battery back, tested good. Went ahead and removed the starter and had O'Reilly test it. BAD STARTER. Just ordered one online. Will be here between April 13 and April 17. Will keep yall updated.

UPDATE: Starter helped, but now it will crank but won't stay running. Fuel filter? Injectors? Some other sensor maybe like cam or crank sesor?? It's also making a loud clicking noise when it's running. Either a click or a clack. Any ideas?

Internet forum guessing is only going to get you so far before you need someone who is a professional to put eyes on the problem. It is going to get expensive with the parts cannon guessing.

only has about 65,000 miles. I've owned it for last 30,000. Not rode hard, local driver by wife mostly and used for trips occasionally. Floored it a few times getting out of traffic, and let the Hemi sing, but very momentarily done the week prior to problems. Don't know if it matters, but could...

Update: Not much to update really, except my truck is stuck at my buddies house. I can't afford to have it towed to my place at the moment. So, I'm out of transportation til I can get it towed here. Dealership is gonna cost way to much for me to have them repair it. So I'm trying everything I can just to get it towed. I'm out of work at the moment, but start new job May 1st. Hoping I can keep it at my buddies til I get my first check. Anyways, til then, the truck will be in limbo. Check in soon. Thanks all

Another quick update... gonna rent a car trailer and haul it to another friends mechanic. Was gonna haul it to my house and tinker with it, but I'm just gonna have him look at it. See if he can figure it out. Tow truck too expensive

UPDATE : Got the truck hauled to my place. FINALLY. Started some diagnostics of my own. Fuel pump primes, but will not pump. So going to replace it. I'll keep you updated.

Another update. Replacing the fuel pump.is there a QUICK DISCONNECT on the fuel line to the nipple on the fuel pump itself?

How many miles on this thing, I don't think you have ever said.
Did you get a test light, or a meter, these days its the first thing you should have , Can save a *** of money checking fuses and wiring , without just buying parts and hopping it will work.
A test light is fine to check for voltage on fuses, there are contacts on the tops of them where
you can see if there is 12volt on the in and out . Relays are harder to check , easy way is just switch one for another one , that is not needed for running, ie fuel pump, and head lights or?
I have not pulled a fuel pump , so can't help with the connection. there should be a connector at the pump.
Miss fire on a coil, just pull one at a time when running, if it don't make a difference in sound, that 's the bad one. But you changed them all if I remember?

BTW My Daughter and SIL are both Milt vet, 25/ 30yrs. Canadian.

The connector is a PITA to get off for sure. On the left side do you see the square/rectangle tab with the red arrow below? Press that inward. It will force the plastic holding legs open around the tubing. Twist the tubing to break it loose and pull it out while depressing the tab. It’s normal to take multiple tries as it’s a poor design when the connection is older and dirty.

Spraying some type of lubricant should help to loosen it up , to let it disconnect.
