PO 463 Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit High

Need Help...Have a 2014 Ram 1500 w/5.7 Hemi, my problem is it is throwing a PO463 code and states Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit High. My question is this the complete fuel Pump unit or is there a separate Fuel Sensor That might effect this. effects fuel gauge at times, but doesn't seem to effect starving fuel in engine. Any help would be appreciated. Oh Yeah is 25 gallon tank. hard to see what parts would cost, cause most places here will not list 2014 Ram Trucks, was curious if 2014 Durango with hemi , would be same replacement parts?

It is part of the fuel pump some places do sell it seprate but if your pulling the tank ect doesnt really make sense not to change whole thing. It is easier any ways also use a mopar pump its espensive but I leart my lesson with aftermarket pumps for these trucks.
