I changed out the thermostat. Getting this code. Temp gauge is in the middle, looking at temp reading on dash- 198 within 10-12 minutes. Temp sensor? 2013 with 94,000 miles.

That would be next in line ,are your hoses still in good condition ? Old ones occasionally collapse, they used to come with steel springs internally.

give the radiator hoses a little squeeze when they are not hot
the engine does not need to be running

What Brand Thermastat did you install ?
The P0128 code means that the engine coolant is not getting warm enough, fast enough. In other words, there is a problem with the engine operating temperature not being reached within a certain amount of time.
