No, but that's another good answer. The shaking at low speed was very similar to a broken belt. Keep in mind that the wobble/vibration went away when driving straight and a tire would continue to vibrate.

Im stumped, first thing that came to mind was the wheel hub and bearing.

But, thats not the answer.

The wobble is barely noticable during a lane change since the movement of the steering wheel is slight at speed. It is felt when making turns like what you would when driving on a curvy back road.

This is one of those unknowns that drives technicians to drink! But no, it's not a column related issue.

Brakes are operating normally and no runout is in the rotors.
