Possible new truck

I am looking at getting a Dodge Ram 1500. I have a question I am hoping to get some input on. Does anyone know about the service departments for the the dodge dealerships in the Provo, Orem Utah areas. Even Salt lake area? I am wanting to make sure that if/when I have an issue with the truck I can get it handled.

I would suggest making a trip to the dealership and talk to the service writers and ask for a tour of the shop.
Be sure to ask certain questions like
how many ase master techs they have.
How long would my truck be here for broken exhaust manifold bolts.
How long does it take for an oil change and fire rotation.
