What needs to be done in order to post a picture on this site. I keep gettin a " oops we ran into a problem" message

You have to slip the moderator $20.

Seriously there must be an issue, maybe wait a day & try again, hopefully it gets straightened out. Sometimes it won't take if the picture is too big.

That's what I initially was going to say but OP has 37 posts so I figured it wasn't that.

What's your file size? Is it a jpeg? or GIF or PNG?
If it's a big file, experiment with a smaller file size. Just to see.

Or have you done that?
