Power questions

Two power questions:
1. Can the 12 volt (old cigarette lighter style) be set to turn on and off when the vehicle is started, and turned off, I want to keep my dash cam plugged all the time.
2. Can you change a Scooter Battery (senior scooter) with the 115 volt truck system?

1. Yes. I'm not sure what year your truck is but this is from my 2019 Owner's Manual:



2. It Depends. The inverter is intended for smaller electronics (phones, tablets, etc.) and has a limit of 400W. If the charger is 400W or less then yes, you can charge your scooter battery.
