Power Seat Quit Working

Hi guys I have a 2020 Power Wagon and my power drivers seat is dead. Any quick ideas on what that could be?

It’s blowing the circuit breaker in the fuse panel. It was very hot when I removed it. Tried the one for the passenger seat and it made a clicking sound and dead again. Guess it’s a dealer visit I was trying to avoid.

It sounds as if there is a short somewhere in the circuit. It could be the motor, switch or wiring.

Dealer traced the short to the wiring harness contacting the seat frame. Not sure how or why that happened, but it’s fixed.

Now all 4 heated seats and heated wheel don’t turn on. Back to the stealership I go.
