Power Seat Wiring Harness

I have a 2014 RAM 1500 trademan, I purchased a set of 2017 Laramie power seats with heating and cooling. Can you help me with the electrical loom? Thank you

Is there a harness that will power the drivers seat coming from manual seat? Also I’m looking at the 2500 2019+ seat. Is there adapters to make seats work?
