Check out the milestar Patagonia m/t. Here are the reviews for moab and snow in Colorado. I'm running the 37x12.5x20. They grip well in rain and dont have a lot of highway noise.

My PW don’t need no garage... It’s not being driven but once a week now though and the battery is starting to sound weak so I may get a tender for it.
