I was hoping one of you Mopar Parts guys can help. My Order is somewhere in the build Schedule. So I've been told by my dealer. I Mistakenly ordered the Vinyl Floor Covering. I thought I was checking the All Weather Mats. I know a lot of you prefer it. I don't want to debate which is better. I just want to get the Carpeting with the All weather Mats. I don't have a VIN yet. So I don't know what Part numbers I need. Can someone help ? Or do I have to wait to get a VIN ? Thank you in advance.

You should just be able to speak to the dealer and they can make the change for you. Shouldn't have to have a part number, they have all that information.

Check your paperwork. I ordered mine as well. I think you can make changes up to a certain point. As noted above check with ordering dealer.

Adding you might be able to take delivery of something on the lot and work a trade with the dealer. Obviously, the dealer only orders trucks with options that appeal to the masses. Yours is likely an outlier and you may have to compromise. OTOH, the vinyl floor covering isn't too bad. Easy to clean and no need to worry about wearing muddy boots or throwing the day's catch on the floor.

Thanks a lot for the replies. My Dealer said . I missed the Window. That it's in the Build Schedule. But I haven't received any status updates. I would like to change the flooring. But everything else is what I wanted, and ordered. I will be changing it to Carpet, and getting the All Weather Mats. When I can. I was looking through the online Catalog , and there was a lot of different part #'s for Carpet sets that fit the Power Wagon. That's why I wasn't sure. Which number to go with. It looks like they throw in all of the HD Crew Cab interiors together. So technically they all fit. But I'm not sure which one will be Power Wagon correct , "IE" color , cut out placement , and so on. As I said . I don't have a VIN. I thought maybe you guys would know. But I can wait. Until I receive my VIN. Or take delivery. On the Bright side. When I get it how I want it. The Vinyl will be up for grabs cheap. If anyone is interested then .

My other question. Will I have to order all new floor sensors , and sound deadening ? Or Will I just need to order the Carpeting, and Hardware ?

Sorry to hear you missed the window.

Yes the carpet and padding are separate and the padding is usually multiple pieces. There will likely be other small parts you’ll need and it will be a fun challenge to get it all together...Probably not cheap either from the looks of it

I would definitely speak to your dealer and see if you can make a change like others said.

Here’s a Mopar parts catalog with the 2020 interior parts And numbers if that helps at all.

No it won't be too Cheap. But it's not as bad as it could be. Will I be able to reuse my padding noise cancellation sensors, and such , and just get Carpet ?

Thanks for all of the help. If I get a VIN. Before I take delivery. I will have everything I need waiting. So I can take care of it immediately. If not. I will get everything I need. After I take delivery. Either way. I will get it done. BTW. Nice Wagon. That color was high up on my list. But I ended up going with the Granite .

No, THEY missed the window. There are people in Chrysler that can still make the change. They’re not trying hard enough. I don’t have your district’s distribution manager’s name, but that’s who they need. Tell them to reach out to their rep. They can do it.

I wouldn’t accept the truck if they won’t hustle to make the change, it’s going to cost you a ton more money to add the carpet, it would be better just to order another truck the way you want it exactly. You are the customer, they are supposed to appeal to your needs.

I for one would not gut the interior of a brand new truck to replace the floor covering. Instead I would see if the regional manager could help you out. Even if the regional rep can't help you still have options.

First your dealer could just place another order for the truck you want and sell your current order as dealer stock once it comes in.

Your next option would be to refuse the truck outright and see what they do. While this seems crappy because your the one who misinterpreted the flooring option your still the customer and it's your hard earned money. Any dealer worth their salt will understand and help you out and if they don't walk away from the deal. Remember, 99% of the time the house (dealer) wins. Many people have been screwed by car dealers so don't feel bad walking away.

Update : Thanks again for all of the help, and Replies. My Dealer said. The Factory has been lagging with the updates. He will keep me posted . Right now I'm in D1 Status "Wherever that is ". He said they can Order my Carpet, and All Weather Mats, and put them in for me. Something he wasn't sure about. When the mistake was discovered. I let him know that I wanted them installed. Before I picked it up.He said. It will be done .

I don't plan on ever Buying myself another Truck. Getting my Wife one more Vehicle . The New wears off faster than the Pain in the Wallet goes away!

I test drove a truck a few weeks back and the salesman told me if I ordered a truck and it was a reasonable build (re-sellable) and it came in and I didn't like it, I could walk away. Do you have that option? At the prices these things go for, I'd make sure to get what you want as a factory install, not some dealer modification.... Just my 2 cents...

It's all about making the dealership work for your business. Doesn't matter if you're building a truck they order or it's sitting on the lot. You're the customer and it's about what you want, not what they want. They will make their money in the end.
