Had this about 2 1/2 weeks now. Without a doubt the best and nicest truck I have ever owned. I've been a true Chevy fan buying a new one every 2 years. Gave up due to front ends not holding together. This baby rides better in the rough than my 2011 1/2 ton Chevy. A bit harsh in the rough pavement, but still have 70 psi.

Mileage about 13 (was 12) at 7,000 ft elevation and mountains. So as good as my 6.2 Chevy with 3.73.

Anyone doubting Ram quality may have just got a rare bad one-these are fabulous

I just bought my 2005 PW last month, I'll upload some better pics once I get some new rubber next month.

I've been replacing the lower door skins because of some rust and installed a DiabloSport inTune programmer as well as just ordered some LED lights that I should see next week.

Check out post 16 for more pics. I just completed the new lower door skins and box liner spray, installed new 12" led bar behind the grill and welded on some D links on the rear, still need the new 35's, should be no more than two weeks.

It's Aug 31st (see post 18), went out to scope out some areas for hunting this fall, found a little mud and the Coppers worked really well.

I've got some little things I still want to do to it but It's finished for now, I'll probably install a couple more inches of suspension, 37's or 40's and a couple bumpers in the future.ParklandCounty-20140831-000131.jpg

Oct 2014, I've been out hunting for the last couple of weekends and took some photo's, spent more time fooling around with the truck instead of actually hunting.

It pulls my lifted trailer nicely.

Short of having a deer in the box, I think the engineer's at Dodge would have been proud, I was out there pulling my trailer, clearing mud holes, pulled out an 'Outdoorsman', hauling a box full of logs and I even used the winch once because I got into some soft stuff with out having the lockers engaged (they wouldn't go after I was in it).

HemiBabe; I usually bury all my various shots in my own threads down below. But, since you asked... I can play along, with a few good ones from the last year for you.

Only in a Power Wagon!

Despite all it's been subjected to, it's always clawed, scratched and grunted it's own way out, often through deep sand, deep water, boulder sized rocks, shoreline quicksand and frozen red clay mud roads... often towing a trailer, boat or loaded up with all the other goodies.

So far, it has never failed to get me home, get me back to camp or back on the highway, few minor scratches, no damage. Just a lot of burned up fuel in the process. Money well spent when it can get you to places like these;

Damn fine truck indeed!

It's just a little over a year old, guess it is time to go out and start this years collection of shots! Stick around, see what I get myself into (and hopefully out of) this year! :favorites13:

Here is my 2013 I bought it new in Sept last year we've taken it all over the Mojave and many campgrounds. Besides its also my daily driver. It's been a great truck so far .. Especially with the amount of abuse it has taken.

New updated pics of 35's, I think I'm going to enjoy it as it is for a while, use it for the occasional off roading trip and hunting. Maybe next year put a few inches of lift and 37's or 40's.

No action pics and these were taken on a phone, might try and do some action stuff, I had the mud flying 20 or 30 feet in the air, might make a cool vid with the gopro or hand held.

Riskwriter- you can never post too many photos! Oh, and damn, you got heated seats and steering wheel? :flipthebird:

That pic backing up the hill looks crazy - like a Transformer landing or something.

Same for you DwrBronco71; I would just leave it as is and spend all that mod money on fuel. Post up some pics of your Bronco (see it hiding back there) and action shots on that KTM of yours as well!

Motivates me to go out and take some fresh shots. Some crazy monsoonal moisture due to roll in soon. It must be pretty serious stuff they are expecting.

To quote the National Weather Service Flash Flood Warning currently up; "Most all backcountry roads will likely become impassable across central and southern Utah".

This will be interesting :naughty:

How about some snow in single digit temps, towing and getting in a little "too deep"?

How did you manage to get the truck and trailer out of the sand? They look pretty buried. I found out the hard way this weekend Desert rain storms + deep sand+ truck + trailer BAD COMBO

It took me about 4 hours to dig out - hook and unhook the trailer to straightened out and back up.
