Power Wire Help!

Just heard about this mod today (haven't even had my truck for a year). I can't seem to find a good write-up with pictures on how to do the power wire. Also don't really know if its worth it.

Is there anywhere I can buy a nice (non-ghetto looking) one?

if you make one yourself its worth it. they are all gonna look gheto. but if you use shrink tube itll make it look nice and no one would be able to tell right off the bat.

It tricks the ECM into running advanced timing.

I just removed one off my truck. I was cleaning up some wiring and noticed some bulges from the IAT sensor. Pulled off the tape to reveal some nasty splices. the wire had about 4 splices in total. Fixed it with some new wire, quick connects, and heat shrink.

I didn't put the power wire back on because I think the truck runs much better without it, and in this cold weather, i think the timing will already be advanced enough.
