I finally assembled the sub boxes and gave the whole system a test run. Man I missed having real subs!!! These things sound awesome. I decided I would try Plasti-dip for all the exposed wood surfaces. This being my first time using the stuff I was not sure what to expect. The first few coats really soaked into the edges but once they dried the rest of the coats went on real smooth. Here they are in the truck after the finish hardened. As you can see the truck needs a good detail but until pine pollen season is over there is no real point.

Looks great man. I just can't come to terms with not having my storage under there. I'm like a squirrel, I hide **** everywhere, lol.

Thanks man!!!

I only had 1 bin before due to the factory sub so losing the second on has not been that big of a deal. Only had tie downs and a first aid kit stored under the driver's side seat. A little rearranging with the storage boxes in the floor and I have what I need. I want to get a Amazon.com: Undercover SC300P Black Swing Case Storage Box: Automotive for the rest but that will have to wait a bit.

I like that. I've never seen it before. Might have to look into it. If I ever get past this appearance and performance addiction, lol.

I can't take credit... I saw it in Matt's truck mod thread.

Thanks man!! Tires are next... either 34s or maybe 35s... probably later in the summer once the stockers wear down some more. Then upgraded shocks. I would love to lift it but its a tight fit in the office parking garage as it is... LOL!!!

Awesome! Tires are on my near future list too... my current ones have 65k miles on them. I am just hoping they will last until I can get my lift

With all the highway driving the front end of the truck was taking a beating. The chrome grill and bumper cleaned up well but the front of the hood not so much.

To help protect it I picked up one of these:
Amazon.com: Auto Ventshade 622051 Aeroskin Large Chrome Hood Shield: Automotive

The first one was delivered in 2 pieces :flipthebird: FedEx
But a quick email to the vendor through Amazon's site and I had a new one on the way the next day. Excellent company stood behind their product even though it was not their fault.

What I like best is that it adheres directly to the hood with 3M tape. Very low profile and installs with no screws and no pine straw or leaves getting trapped between it and the hood. Its only been on a few days but so far very impressed.

That's pretty sharp. I wonder if it comes in black or smoke? :hmm:

Looks good on there.

Was that meant to be a joke? Cause I laughed a little, out loud even. :roflsquared:

Truck looks great. I've been happy with my Terra's. Now head back to the mountain and get a new off-road pic, lol.

Haha... Thanks man!!! As you know... Our trucks are never done :D

Glad you like your Terras. Only have about 1000 miles on them so far but they ride great and look even better.
