Yep. Agreed. I also live in Illinois….Madison county.

The general feeling is the we should split the state like north and South Carolina, north and South Dakota, or even east and West Virginia. Anything to split Chicago away from the rest of the state.
Yup. I'm in Kankakee county and work in Iroquois county even further south of Chicago. I suggested we "wall off" Chicago and let them fend for themselves.

I ordered a new RAM 1500 at the end of November 2021, the truck was built and the window sticker was issued on the 13th of this month. In that time, the MSRP of my order increased by $2,085. Fortunately, I was price-locked at the time of order.

Of course the Fed is going to hike interest rates (how much???).....Going to take another bite out of the wallet if financing is needed. On the bright side fuel prices are dropping.... it's a joke.

And not a funny joke! I am getting ready to order & all of this worries me. Dealership won't lock in my interest rate so it's possible I could have a whole percentage point added or more. Not to mention the fuel that is likely going to hit 4 dollars a gallon before summer is here! Let's go Brandon!!!

I ordered my 2021 Pw in Nov. 2020.
The total price on the build sheet came to $64,500 but my dealer discounted it to $59k.
I was at the dealership on Fri and he said not only could he not get another one at that price, but he could probably still get $64,500 for mine used...

Yeah it's crazy right now. My 2016 with 80k on the odometer is going for what I paid out the door for it new. That's private seller but trade in is not too far off from that. About 3-4k

My son bought a 2018 2500 6.4 with 6000 miles on it for $40,000. Traded it a few months ago and they put it on their lot for $49,000 with 95,000 miles on it.
I paid $40,000 for mine in May 2019 with 8000 miles on it. Now has 25,000 miles on it and could probably get $45,000-50,000 for it now. Problem is if I get another I'll pay top dollar or it
