I’m about to order new struts and shocks for my 2011 Ram 1500 and a buddy of mine recommended the new pro comp prorunner shocks/struts. My truck had a 6 inch pro comp lift and he said these new parts will bring up the front end 2 Inches to get the truck leveled finally.

Anyone have any experience with these series??

I've had them on for about 40k. Mine are the older version, but probably the same, I think the sleeve to adjust them looks different now. Just make sure you buy them from someone reputable. Had one blow out shortly after install. Replaced for free and no problems since. I have heard of others having this experience.

They do have a sleeve on them that will adjust 2"'s. When mine were originally installed with the lift it was set at the lower option and I had a rake. I had the sleeve flipped and it gave the front a full 6" lift. I have a slight squat now, maybe 1/2" or less, but it is barely noticeable and when they did the switch the mechanic showed me a small ring at the top of the shock that could be removed for a perfect level, but I never bothered to have it removed.

Yeah that’s a big reason why I want to do it is for the full 6” lift up front, but also I found out awhile back my front driver strut is leaking and you can hear the squeaking noise when driving the highways on the bumpy roads. Hopefully I’m gonna get it done within the next couple of weeks.

I'm guessing you have the Procomp stage 1 lift kit. You can go with other shocks as well to get it level. I believe a guy started a thread on here in the last month or so and he had a stage 1 procomp looking for shock suggestions. There may be some good info if you can find that thread.

Not sure how they compare to bils since I have always had these. I am happy with the ride though. A few pics. As I stated, I have a slight squat which can be corrected, but the pic at the bottom here where it is on level ground, you can see it is really not noticeable.

They seem to be a similar monotube design as Bilstein 5100's, but i guess they're either stock height, or level if you flip the collar?
Weird the Procomp website doesn't show an option of those struts/shocks for my year/model truck

Hmm, IDK?? They only show the rear shocks available for my slt, yet I have the front shocks on my truck. Maybe give them a call.

Is it just me or are those CVs at some major angles?

Yeah they are. About 12k miles since I flipped those collars and about 36k miles when the collars were set at 4" lift. Im kinda surprised I haven't had to replace them yet.

Thought I would post a updated photo of my truck with the new parts! Love the pro runner shocks as they ride smooth and they gave my front end the 2 inch face lift and changed the whole look of my truck!
