Hey everyone,
Just wondering what PSI everyone runs their 37”tires on pavement and off road, if you have 37s?

Thanks.

Been chalking my tires for years, works great every time. Best part is that it gives you the best pressure no matter what size tire you are running.

If I’m being totally honest though, I start with the chalk test, then keep a close eye on the tread wear for the first thousand miles or so, and adjust psi as needed.

37’s on my 2500. Run about 40. It’s gonna vary on what you carry too. Chalk is the best. Go lighter on rear unless you load all the time.

Take a look at a load inflation table. At the very least, it I will give you the minimum pressure required for the tire to carry a specified weight.

Toyo has a pretty good one.

What size are your rims and how wide of a 37 (12.50 or 13.50)?

And just in case anyone is wondering, the max load of the factory P275/60/20’s is 2,365 lbs...........not 2,601 lbs. “P” metric tires are de-rated by a factor of 1.1 when mounted on a truck.

I run my 37x12.5x17 BFG KO2’s at 32 psi cold daily. 28 psi for hi speed dirt trails or geneal offroad. 15psi on sand dunes.

I use that table all the time.
37x12.5x17 LT tires at 32 psi=2584lbs and more than plenty to carry my truck around :)
