Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket pick system for a 3rd gen 2500? I have a 07 2500 with the 5.9 and looking at buying a new camper and upgrading to a 5th wheel. I was hoping that there was an aftermarket upgrade but I haven’t found one.

In my '05, I ran a B&W turnover ball gooseneck hitch, and you can use their Companion fiver hitch with it. No rails, and pretty clean setup. Just a few minutes more setup time for the fiver hitch, having to torque the base.

I also have the B$W Turnover ball, but I use a 20K Demco Recon 5th whl hitch so I can remove it, flip the ball, and have a flat empty bed. Plus I can disassemble the hitch by simply removing 3 pins and have 3 manageable pieces that can be stored in a cubby on the trailer when not needed. It's all good,

edit:I should add that since it pins to the gooseneck ball there are no rails involved.

I saw both of those. I have no anchor points in my bed for chains. Where does your chains attach?

There are spring loaded chain anchors built into the B&W gooseneck hitch.

Also, the Companion head separates from the base to make handling/removal/install easier.
