Pulling engine and sloped driveway

So I have a pretty steep driveway and I plan on pulling the engine out on the street where it is level. My only concern is how do I get that heavy ***** up the driveway and into the garage as easy as possible with out possibly dropping the motor. I don't think using the hoist to go up while it's swinging around is a good idea nor do I think the engine stand would be any easier to go up the drive way. Any tips or ideas? Or is the engine stand my best bet with some friends.

Drop it onto a cart or dolly of some sort and drag it on up. You can probably rent something from a tool rental place.
