ABS related. Checking a member doing it on another forum it stated pulling the fuse will turn off ESP, Traction Control, Stability and ABS. Also lose viewing the speedometer so might be a good track mod. Should also allow to stall higher.

Well, if I ever wear out these tires, I might have to find out.

When you pull the fuse does it make any lights show up on the dash since the ESP is no longer active?

If it is of any help, on my 2000 Ram 2500, if you pulled the ABS fuse it would disable the ABS, the Speedo, and the Odometer, BUT driving it around without the fuse in the thing was border-line dangerous. I had the truck lifted w/ 36" Swampers on it, and if you had to get on the brakes hard, it took some maneuvers to keep the back of the truck behind the front of the truck. It would lock the rear tires very easily.

Well if I lose my abs as a result of pulling this fuse to disable ESP then I'm not going to do it. Abs is a good thing to have, and IMO not worth sacrificing for anything on a daily driver

Well it ws explained to me that a ABS equipped vehicle will tend to have more rear brake bias than that of the same car equipped without ABS.

I mean, I looped my truck right in the middle of Mt Pleasant, Michigan at a light when jumping on the brakes. I didn't get in a accident, but I stopped running without the fuse.

Truck then was a lease, and was just trying to keep miles off it.
