I've installed a Linkswell Gen IV and installed the rear OEM tailgate camera and it works as expected. I am curious how to keep the camera on beyond 20 kph. It automatically shuts off and screen goes black once my speed (forward or reverse) exceeds 20km I believe.

Wondering if I connect a constant power to this if it's possible to keep the camera viewable at any time while driving? That would be some 007 type stuff that is something I'd love to get working.

Also looking into installing a 3rd Brake Light Camera for the bed as well. Here's the one I'm looking at.

Wire in a switch that has power when the truck is on, that way when the switch is flipped it turns on the camera. You wouldn't have it coming on automatically when you put it in reverse. You would have to flip the switch to turn it on to see while reversing. It's not too difficult just figure out what wire gives the power to the camera and cut it then put the switch on and run a wire from the acc power to the other side of the switch.

if you want to go this way, he could run a signal wire from the 7 pin back up wire and connect it to the camera wire (past the switch)
put in a one way resistor to keep the switch from turning the back up lights on and you can eat your cake and have it to
