Question about spare tire

I just got a 2019 1500 qc but it didn’t come with a spare tire. I looked online but they want an arm and a leg for it.
There is a local junk yard that have a brand new spare but it is off a 3gen ram. Does it have the same bolt pattern as the 4gen? Would it mount properly?
The guy is selling it for $100 with new tire so it is a decent price, any input is appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, the rim would have to be at least 17" but the lug pattern is the same.

Yes, same bolt pattern. Overall ratio would need to be the same.
