Question: Can the rear seat back on Bighorn Crew Cabs be released/fold down?

I don’t have the link but on YouTube I saw a guy that modded his new Ram behind rear seat to accommodate his Rifle. There was some cutting involved let’s just say that ..

I saw that too quite a while ago. Guy is in the northwest with a 2500 crew cab....portland??

Thank You everyone for your replies,ALL very helpfull. I check out adding a rack under the seat :) I believe I have seen those and can make a rack. Oooops another mod in the thinking lol

I will have to pull the seat this spring and see if I want to do that :) I like the idea of leaving the sound proofing on, I will try and think of a better way to cut it.:)

A lot of us mount amplifiers back there so I would think you could mount a rifle back there as well. With the seat lift vs the cut bracket you gain a little more space. Only problem i see is clearance where the 60/40 sides meet. You can replace the soundproofing with dynaliner or something similar.

when you pull on straps the on the seats backs. The seats do not fold down the bottom folds up. 2019 big horn
