Do you guys have this end piece on or off?

Off = More air. The plug will stop mud/water getting into the box if you off-road, or help control the temperature of the engine if you live in either a very hot or very cold climate.

Yeah and it would be easy enough to crawl underneath and put it on later!

You can also add a scoop to that.

Haha yeah I looked into buying that when I ordered the Intake! Matt said he didn't find any gains by putting the scoop on though!

When I had a Volant, I hit a cat with the scoop. That is the only thing I gained, a dead cat on my conscience.
So I would go with Matt's advise.
