Quiet Exhaust Shield

Anyone have a trick for quieting down the exhaust heat shield? It's the only vibration I have. Only have the 8" Kicker Hideaway, under the passenger seat. Just wondering if there was a quick fix. Not wanting to coat the floor with sound deadening material if not needed.

Is it only at certain RPM under moderate throttle? Or are you getting rattle constantly or at random times?

It's the subwoofer. Truck doesn't even have to be running. It sits on the floor board on the passenger's seat. It's the heat liner above the exhaust mounted to the chassis, so not sure if that's still considered a heat shield.
