Quiet ride

So this will probably seem like an odd post, but has anyone done anything to the exhaust system to make the ride quiet as can be? There are plenty of posts about making the truck growl more but I can't seem to find anything about drowning the sound.

Being that I went the other way, you could sound proof the cab with dynomat or some other product.

When I take my pup for a walk, there is a gmc that drives by that is whisper quiet. It's pretty unusual. Maybe I'll ask him sometime what he did.

The 6.4L muffler is incredibly quiet. They figured A lot of HD truck owners are contractors that don't want to hear exhaust roar all day, every day. They're probably right.

The muffler is the size of a trash can - it's huge. Not sure you could retrofit into a half ton.
