Anyone done the swap yet? Are you able to use Jeep RA3 radios?
Can you use 15+ Ram or Jeep RA3's like in the 4th Gens?

This is a common upgrade. There are several write ups in the 4th Gen DIY section. I reccomend you go there a familiarize yourself with all the information. Any 13 to 17 RA3/RA4 radio form a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Ram will work. You can do the full conversion with the 8.4 bezel by installing the conversion harness made by M2mods who can be found in the vendor section of this forum. There is no special programming required like some online vendors claim and the radio will automatically read your Vin# and your BCM when installed. You will need to get the radio's 4 digit unlock code which is easily done online or from the dealer.

I am already familiar with the swap. I did it in my 16.
I was asking if it is the same swap or are there other components needed to do it in a new body 19.
I've purchased a UAS RA4 from a 2018 and a single zone A/C bezel from a 19. I assume I'll need a 911 plug and adapter harness.
We will see how it goes.

Finished up the UAS Radio swap today.
Ended up having to get a full radio bezel out of a big horn since the center radio surround/climate bezel wouldnt bolt right up to the tradesman bezel.

So far everything works as it should.
