Radio Code?

If you go from a RA1 radio to a RA2 radio does the radio sales code need to be entered? The radio works fine but some of the settings are not available in the radio including the ability to adjust the backup camera. The backup camera works fine.
The old radio was U-connect 3.0
the new radio is U.connect 5.0

In the backup camera thread, we found that the settings didn't appear on earlier Ra2 FW versions, ie 2.x? You may need to update the radio, and would need the original vin to download it from the uConnect Update site. Or identify what year/pn your Ra2 radio is, and find the Vin is a matching year truck with the same radio to download the file.

Factory reset of the radio may help also if the Fw is up to date.
