Raised white vs Blackwall

Just asking preferences. Whenever I've got tires with Raised white letters I've always had them turned out to show. But they can be a pain to keep clean. I know some don't come with those so that makes it easy.

So....I'm going to get some new rims and tires and not sure which I'll get but have two in mind.

Nitto Terra Grappler G3 and BFGs
Don't think the Nittos come with RWL but BFGs do. Would you turn the BFG whites out or in?
My current tires , GoodYear Duratracs have the RWL out.

Which do you all prefer?

Might change in some circumstances with the color scheme of the vehicle but I always go white out when I have the option.

My tire side walls get lots of rock scratches, so white in for me.

Only ever had one white letter set - performance tires, white in.

For trucks I'm not a fan of the white letters out.

I prefer white letters out but I don't give it a whole lot of thought these days. I wouldn't be surprised if it's an age thing, old guys like white out young guys white in. Kind of like the black out vs chrome thing.
