ill bring up what nobody is bringing up or considering. I work for Ram. even though the diesel is 4498.00 more on the sticker. the eco diesel has always and will almost always have bigger rebates. especially in the bighorn category. and that applies to 2019 as well. plus because dealerships often get incentives for pushing the ecodiesels, your bargaining power is greater. at most you will pay 2k out the door more

manufacturers often charge more for a line of trucks or vehicles they want to sell because it justifies the cost of the "upgrades" they make. However they want that truck to sell because its a truck they want on the road for marketing reasons so they incentivise it. The ecodiesel bring mpg numbers to a company in a positive light. We can now say over the board we have the best overall average gas mileage of any truck manufacturer and that gives FCA tax breaks and good publicity. the more ecodiesels they sell the better. like the bighorn. notice how it always has the biggest rebates of any truck? because its the cheapest of the trucks trims to build yet they can ask more on the sticker for it. because ram always sells more bighorns, companies making and selling the bighorn parts give a bigger discount. as a result the bighorn is the cheapest truck to build. plus its by far the best bang for your buck trim of any manufacturer around. hands down. in short, the ecodiesel makes ram look good so they want to sell it therefor they discount it the most. hahaNever considered that angle. Is there any particular reason why?
No, it's just that I don't think it implies power. When you hear Hemi, you think hp & torque. You got *** on the brain then.

Ford has the Powerstroke which implies power or maybe just ************.......
Wouldn't that be the Ford product lineupand if there is more than one powerstroke we call that a circle jerk
hehehe
Cummins ppl say:
I rather be ******* then stroking
Powerstroke ppl say:
You gotta stroke it before it ****
Both are VERY true!
also I dont think anybody has paid the 4k+ premium on the ecod motors since 1st year.
