Ram AEV Prospector - Anybody here have one?

As I've stated in other threads I have been seriously looking into getting a 2016 Laramie Power Wagon, which is a beast of a truck but would still have me wanting to make a bunch of mods to it. I've always liked the products AEV has put out, and I am now also looking into the RAM AEV Prospector. Does anybody here have one or have any experience with AEV?

Yes it would be very expensive, but I really like everything they did to the vehicle. I could essentially get my own custom 2500 Cummins Power Wagon by having them add ARB air lockers when they swap the axles to 4.10 gears during the conversion.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

That picture isn't a power wagon, it's a 2500 Cummins. Same concept as the rocky ridge trucks or the bad lander edition trucks from Tuscany. As stated above the power wagon only comes with a hemi.

i love the aev truck. But i have no experience with the company although they are very popular with the jeep crowd, expensive though. i actually plan on getting the snorkel for my truck eventually

Looked on the website and saw the other pics (actual power wagon) sorry for the above statement, the picture you posted is a Cummins

I think what he is saying, is he could get the AEV truck instead of a power wagon, but it would still be capable like the power wagon.

He's saying he could get a 2500 Cummins and have AEV make it into a Power Wagon. Re-gear, lockers, winch, suspension, AEV bumpers and all that. It would just have the Cummins. I say do it man! That would be an incredible truck!

Yes, that is what I meant...make a Cummins "like" a Power Wagon. I'm going to wait another month because one of the AEV guys told me they will be offering new products in January and more options for the build.

It'd be way cheaper to piece it all together. I like he AEV stuff, have some experience with them in the jeep world. It's nice, but way over priced for what it is. There's a lot better products on the market to accomplish some of the features on the AEV truck, and then there's some you can only get from them.
But be realistic, what are you wanting to do with the truck? Does the AEV have EVERYTHING you want? If it had more or less then just go build it.

you can buy it all separate so yes.

theoretically. You can put a 2500 stock bumper on, so i would assume you can put that on. But you would need to change your grill and hood to the 2500 too
