March 4th took my 2020 1500 Laramie to Dealer to have transfer case issue fixed. Couple weeks later called Ram Customer Service and complained about long delay for part. March 24th part finally showed up. Ram customer service rep made follow up call. I told them that I was 68 and had been buying new pickups for 40 years and it was going to be very hard for me to buy another RAM truck. Today March 29th, RAM Customer Service called and said to make up for delay they would give me package that allowed for free oil changes (up to $55) and tire rotation for the next 2 years.
