Ram hemi lifters vs GM lifters ( oil recommendation )

guys I sold my ram and I got me a GMC Sierra ,apparently the chevy and Chrysler v8 are using the same lifters part number from what I can find online the chevy engines are falling due to collapse of lifters and banding the pushrods ,also I am reading allot that the hemi are having problems with the lifters to, my new gm is calling for a 0w20 oil , I am looking at castrol edge gold EP and mobil 1 EP, what do you guys recommend as best oil on this forum?

I use peanut oil. But only that which is refined from the excretions of Nordic mink. It’s pricey, but I’ve never had a lifter fail when using it.

A lot of people on this forum have been using RedLine 5w30 (due to high moly content). According to reports, it works the best for taking care of Hemi tick. Others stick with Pennzoil Ultra pure. I have been using Quaker State Full Synthetic (currently at 120k on my truck)
There are some who use whatever synthetic oil is the cheapest at the moment and not having any issues at all even with high mileage engines.
And then, there is @Travelin Ram that, apparently, has access to Nordic mink $hit, and can extract oil ouf it. That's pretty bad a$$ if you ask me... Not sure if that oil ever needs changing...

Theyre a totally different design and part number between the two but are both prone to the same failures. buy yourself an aftermarket tuner to disable to active fuel management and youll never have an issue. I shut it off on my wifes 2015 tahoe and we put 70k on it with that system off and it never once gave me an issue

Oil isn't going to stop the broken pins in the lifters. It's a design flaw.

You sold your Ram and bought a Genetically Modified Chevy. Not sure I would trust your opinion on ANYTHING automotive based on that alone.

I drive a 2015 Ram 2500 4X4 6.4 L Hemi I am 125,000 plus miles and never put anything except Amzoil, I have never had an engine problem.
Why would anyone compare makes of vehicles ?? I understood this is a Ram Forum ???
