It’s all drawn in 3D with 2d drawings, all I need is a shop that’ll make them at a decent price
Hey JB.... I live south of Pearland and was wondering if I could get you to make me a set of the brackets. I would like to do the exact same thing to my wife's Laramie.Well after a few months I finally got my 30" light bar installed. The light bar is made by rough country and is their black series curved p/n 72730BL, 150w with 12,000 lumens (Length: 31.37-inches | Depth: 3.12-inches | Height: 1.6-inches). I have the license plate bracket so I could only fit a single row, but at 12,000 lumens it lights up all I need for my use. I also wanted a single row so I could tuck it inward as much as possible. The metal/plastic bumper bracing behind the sport bumper cover prevented me from totally recessing it but I did what I could. The black series has the black face and hardware so it helps to make it "blend in" as much as possible. The light bar comes with a really nice harness and switch that made it easy to install. I designed a tow hook relocation bracket and made a provision to attach a light bar bracket to it. Its a tight fit to get the light bar with the tow hooks and still allow full use of the tow hooks but it worked.

2 year update......the Rough Country light bar still works great with no internal fogging or moisture whatsoever. It’s been thru floods, a hurricane and has killed thousands of love-bugs. I use it every morning and it still shines brightly. I highly recommend the Rough Country light bars.
What kind of bracket did you fab up for the light bar. Did the tow hooks. Now looking how you mounted your light bar. Pics if you have please.
