Hey there, I just got a 2021 Rebel with the RAM Box and I've been looking at various Tonneau covers. I'd like one that rolls up but has the aluminum backing for contents security. Just wondering what products other RAM owners have found and if you can suggest the best one?
Thanks.

I've been looking around for a tonneau for an incoming 21 Rebel. Bakflip seems to be well-regarded by forum members so I'll go with one of them.

I like my undercover flex, easy to fold back, and can be taken off easy too. b457ebc6bf9213e50d51e1f41ac67e73.jpg

I bought a tri-fold cover from another Ram truck owner. Same generation and same bed length. When I tried to install it, I found that my bed is 62" wide top of rail to top of rail instead of 66.4". I don't have rambox and I've not found any documentation that shows a Rebel, without RB, that has a box size other than 66.4". The grey truck is mine and the white truck is the previous owner.

Any ideas on how/why my bed might be smaller side to side?

I just had a Bakflip X4s installed. It is really very nice, rolls effortlessly, is secure and looks very sleek. I couldn't be happier. I'll get a few photos to post tomorrow. Not cheap though.

Ya, I'm a bonehead. 66.4 is wall to wall not rail to rail.

I got an amazing deal on the Truxedo Sentry CT (roll up, aluminized black panels/slats, matte black canvas material on top). The regular Sentry has the vinyl leather like material. Been very happy with it. I may decide to add some tailgate seal to make it water tight as the corners by tailgate let a little water in but not sure I “need” completely dry.
