Does the kore front fenders come with wheel wells? I have heard that they didn't and I wouldn't really want to take the truck in the mud if it was just going to coat the engine with dirt.

Is their a company that makes them or a way around this?

No they dont, I havent found anyone that makes any. I have the kore fenders on mine front and back and i would like to get something made before winter hits..
