Not sure if this question has a special thread or not.

When Dodge received my 2021 Ram 3500 from the factory I didn’t pick her up until 2 months later. I was told she was prepped and ready to go.

The rear end was super stiff and bounced off the road at the slightest bump. When I tried lowering the bed I could hear the clicking but nothing was happening. When I took her back in, the mechanic said the lowering system had to be calibrated…??? I searched the internet over for any signs of shipping brackets while in transit, I didn’t find a thing. When I got her back from the dealer the ride is MUCH smoother and the bed lowers (not much!) personally, I think they forgot to remove some kind of shipping bracket to prevent the air suspension from bouncing around.

Does anyone know if I’m barking up the right tree???

I Have delivered many 3500s here and have never seen any kind of brackets.

The dealership had not taken your Ram out of Shipping Mode

While in Transit, they don't want the suspension to move & they don't want unnecessary electronics to function

disabling & enabling Ship Mode
