Umarex makes stupidly realistic bb guns with no markings that it's not a real gun..sounds like you have one?i dont have the answer for this other than to shut the business down but that is wrong from the business owners standpoint(dont get me wrong,i get it,one could paint it all black even after the company put it out there with say flourescent orange on the tip or even the whole thing to cover there butt).a co workers kid had one of a glock(dad had no idea where he got it from)---thats another thing kids can buy these online no checks no nothing....the dumbazz made the mistake of showing it at a store parking lot seen on security cameras then later reached for it when a police officer was called by 1 of the store clerks...officer stopped him from moving his hands reaching behind him(gun was tucked in waistband)and got it away from him before he could do something really stupid.....he is so lucky he didn't get killed.dad got the gun as there was no crime committed i guess being a bb gun, gave it to me and said destroy it,i put a torch to and cut it in half.what I'm saying is there needs to be some kind of true replication laws on this sort of thing,i dont have the answer.this is just my view on it when a child or any person thinks hes billy the kid and then gets killed by an officer pointing a toy that looks so realistic you cant tell the difference and I'm a pro gun saying this.
