Random bits in the glove box

Picked up my new 3500 Cummins recently and found this random bit in a bag in the glove box. Anyone know what it is?

I believe that’s for the backup camera wiring if you remove the tailgate.

Yes. Tailgate wiring cap. Covers the whole in the truck and you plug the wiring into the piece to keep water from getting into the connector
